Who ships the goods?

For U.S. orders, we roll with FedEx. Ground shipping usually takes 5–9 business days from
the moment you get your shipping confirmation. Fast, secure, and on point.

Lost, stolen, or damaged package?

Ugh, that sucks — and we’ve got your back.

First, file a claim with the carrier (they’ll ask for a few details). Then shoot us an email with
your order number and the claim number. Once we have that, we’ll team up with you to
find the cleanest solution possible.
