ORDERING POLICY
What size should I cop?
Not sure which size is your vibe? Hit up our size guides — you’ll find them right under the product sizing options. Still not sure? Slide into our inbox. We’ll ask what you usually wear and how you like your fits (snug, loose, layered?) and help you lock in the right one.
We feel you — minds change. But once you hit "order confirmed," it’s locked. Right now, we can’t cancel or change orders after they’re placed. We're working on building a future where a quick cancellation window exists — stay tuned.
We’re all about the community — and that’s not just talk. Our founders and co-founders personally make time to connect with the Slap Vibe Syndicate. You’ve got questions, feedback, or just wanna vibe? Hit us up. We might practice zero-time response, but we promise to get back to you within 48 hours max.

SHIPPING POLICY
Once you place your order, you’ll get a confirmation email so you know we’ve got it. When your gear is packed and ready to roll, we’ll hit you with another email — this one with your tracking info. Heads-up: shipping fees are non-refundable if you return your order.

For U.S. orders, we roll with FedEx. Ground shipping usually takes 5–9 business days from the moment you get your shipping confirmation. Fast, secure, and on point.
Ugh, that sucks — and we’ve got your back. First, file a claim with the carrier (they’ll ask for a few details). Then shoot us an email with your order number and the claim number. Once we have that, we’ll team up with you to find the cleanest solution possible.
RETURN POLICY
Didn’t vibe with your pick? No stress — we got you. We want you fully hyped about what you wear. If it’s not the perfect fit, hit us up. We offer free U.S. returns — just follow the steps we’ll send you, and you’re good to go.
You’ve got 30 days from the ship date to request a return. Once approved, send it back within 15 days.

But here’s the deal:

  • No returns on stuff that’s been worn, washed, dyed, or altered.
  • Gotta come back in original packaging with the auto-generated packing slip.
  • Only include items listed in that return slip — nothing extra.
  • If your return comes back looking used or unsellable, your refund might be delayed or denied. If that happens, we’ll send it right back to you.

    Also, no refunds on:

  • Gift cards
  • Freebies (like gifts with purchase)
  • Partial returns on sets or kits
  • We hear you — money matters.

  • Give us 6–12 business days to receive your return.
  • Once it lands, we need up to 10 business days to process it.
  • If everything checks out, we’ll hit your original payment method with the refund.
  • You’ll get an email the moment it drops. Then give your bank up to 2 business days to post it.

    All refunds go right back to your original payment method — no swaps, no reroutes.

    Every piece we drop comes from years of obsessing over design, sourcing, and execution — no shortcuts, no compromises. We go deep on materials: checking impact, traceability, fiber content, water + energy usage, and even greenhouse gas output. If it doesn’t meet our bar — for both people and planet — it doesn’t make the cut.

    We stay natural where it counts. Most of our gear is made from natural fibers that break down better and pollute less than synthetic junk clogging up oceans and bloodstreams. Less plastic, more planet.
    Global hustle, local quality. We produce where we find top-tier fabric and next-level craftsmanship — not just cheap labor. Our factories are vetted for fair treatment, ethical vibes, and skill that slaps.

    As we scale, we’re doubling down on this: more transparency, more accountability, and always people-first.

    We design smart, source mindfully, and run lean. Our drops are demand-led, not overproduced, to keep waste low and intention high. Even our HQ and community spaces run on sustainable choices — no greenwashed token moves, just real ones.
